Blue Foundation er en musikgruppe dannet i London i år 2000 omkring Tobias Wilners musiskalske arbejde med forskellige kunstnerer. Siden 2008 har bandet bestået af Tobias Wilner (producer, multi-instrumentalist og vokalist) og Bo Rande (multi-instrumentalist). De er mest kendt for deres sang Eyes on Fire fra Twilight Saga og Sweep fra Michael Manns Miami Vice.
Blue Foundation har udgivet tre album, senest Life of a Ghost fra september 2007. På Life of a Ghost tager Tobias Wilner bandet i en ny og mere dyster retning. Der er referencer til tidlig The Cure, Dinosaur Jr, My Bloody Valentine, Lush, Swirlies men han har også dykket dybere ned og udforsket genre som Black Metal.
I 2008 optager Tobias Wilner sangen Watch you Sleeping med den amerikanske sangskriver Mark Kozelek (Red House Painters, Sun Kil Moon) og daværende medlem Kirstine Stubbe Teglbjærg.[1] Sangen bliver udgivet på Tobias Wilners pladeselskab DPC Records.
Blue Foundation har annonceret en udgivelse af en ny plade den 22 maj 2012.[2]
