English: Caribbean Sea (Aug. 11, 2005) - U.S. Coast Guard Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Jonathan Belval, serves as a safety supervisor as Sailors hoist-up a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat aboard the U.S. Coast Guard cutter USCGC Forward (WMEC 911). Forward is underway in the Caribbean Sea as part of the multinational exercise PANAMAX. PANAMAX is a training exercise in defense of the Panama Canal involving 15 countries.
