Begrundelse for indstillingen:
The building was opened in 2019, and is unlikely to have been designed by an architect who died more than 70 years ago. As Morocco does not provide commercial Freedom of Panorama, commercial PD licensing authorization from the architect is required. Extraterritoriality does not apply to the physical aspects of the embassy like architecture, so the restrictive Moroccan law applies.
