- The linked Chinese page is actually just an essay about another complicated unrelated copyright case. But the underlying thing is that the works during Cultural Revolution are still copyrighted. Wooyi 00:19, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
WTF? Sure, whoever took this photo should speak up- Delete Shizhao is correct. I have administered many Chinese Wiki sites with him for long time. Article 59 of the 2001 Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China does retroactively copyright works. Article 21 copyrights photographs for 50 years.--Jusjih 17:07, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
