ESA Licens

Jeg har for lagt tid siden lagt billedet Billede:Giove_A.jpg op på wikipedia. Billeder er taget af ESA og ligger derfor under ESA licens, men wikipedia har ingen skabelon til ESA licenser. Derfor vil jeg gerne forslå at vi laver en officel skabelon der kan håndtere ESA licensen, da der findes utrolig mange gode billeder taget af ESA, som kan gavne den naturfaglige del af wikipedia (især astronomi og fysik).
PS: Har vedlagt ESA licensen.

ESA Licens:

The ESA Portal Multimedia Gallery contains images and videos used throughout the ESA Portal. The images are offered in the Gallery in the highest resolution available.

Most images have been released publicly from ESA. You may use ESA images or videos for educational or informational purposes. 
The publicly released ESA images may be reproduced without fee, on the following conditions:

    * Credit ESA as the source of the images:
      Examples: Photo: ESA; Photo: ESA/Cluster; Image: ESA/NASA - SOHO/LASCO
    * ESA images may not be used to state or imply the endorsement by ESA or any ESA employee of a commercial product, 
      process or service, or used in any other manner that might mislead.
    * If an image includes an identifiable person, using that image for commercial purposes may infringe that person's 
      right of privacy, and separate permission should be obtained from the individual.

If these images are to be used in advertising or any commercial promotion, layout 
and copy must be submitted to ESA beforehand for approval (http://www.esa.int/ esaCP/ contact_us.html)

Jeg er generelt ikke begejstret for billedlicenser, hvor billedet kun må bruges til bestemte formål ("for educational or informational purposes", "ESA images may not be used to state or imply the endorsement by ESA or any ESA employee of a commercial product process or service, or used in any other manner that might mislead") og hvor kommercielt brug forudsætter yderlige tilladelse ("If these images are to be used in advertising or any commercial promotion, layout and copy must be submitted to ESA beforehand for approval"). Enig med Heelgrasper. Billederne kan ikke lægges på Commons, fordi de er ufrie, og så bør vi heller ikke have dem. Desværre. Hvis vi tillader det, ender vi bare med flere spild-projekter som med fair use. --Sir48 (Thyge) 17. mar 2006 kl. 18:22 (CET)
