Union City er en by i Hudson County, New Jersey, USA. Ifølge USA's folketælling 2000 havde byen en total befolkning på 67.088 på et 3,28 km² stort landområde. Byen er den tættest befolkede i USA med en densitet på 52.977,8 pr. kvadratmil (20.694,4531 pr. km2)– næsten dobbelt så meget som den næsttættest befolkede by, New York City.[1][2][3]

Union City blev indført som en by ved lov den 1. januar 1925, hvor den erstattede både Union Hill og West Hoboken.[4]
