Gerard Damiano (4. august 1928 - 25. oktober 2008) var en amerikansk filminstruktør og filmproducent, der blev verdensberømt med den banebrydende, kultdyrkede pornofilm Deep Throat (1972), som sammen med hans The Devil in Miss Jones (1973) regnes blandt genrens største klassikere.
