iw on redirect

It is to solve interwiki conflict. The title of the redirect is not a synonym for the redirect target. That is why i added the magic staticredirect. Interwikibots handle static redirect pages as if they aren't redirects. Merlissimo 3. dec 2011, 19:20 (CET)
