This bot made several bad edits in the template namespace at March 14, 2009 where it placed interwiki links outside the noinclude sections. As I could not find a valid contact address at the operators homeproject, I didn't know where to complain. Therefore bot is blocked. The block will be canceled when the contact address is corrected, and the operator promises to take better care if the bot continues to edit in the template namespace. Byrial 16. mar 2009, 17:00 (CET)
