Elton John's Greatest Hits Volume II er et opsamlingsalbum af den britiske sanger Elton John, udgivet i 1977. Den originale amerikanske version indeholder en sang fra 1971 og to sange fra 1974, som ikke var på det første opsamlingsalbum Elton John's Greatest Hits (1974). Det indeholder også flere hits fra 1975 og to singler fra 1976.

Der er flere versioner af albummet. Alle indeholder "The Bitch Is Back", "Someone Saved My Life Tonight", "Philadelphia Freedom", "Island Girl", "Grow Some Funk of Your Own" og coverversioner af "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" og "Pinball Wizard".

I USA blev albummet certificeret guld den 30. september 1977, platin den 9. november 1977, tre gange platin den 23. marts 1993, fire gange platin den 11. september 1995 og fem gange platin den 25. august 1998 af Recording Industry Association of America.
