«Флаг муниципального образования представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических серебра, золота, лазури и червлении соответственно белым, жёлтым, голубым и красным цветами».

Описание герба: «В скошенном справа серебряном и зелёном поле поверх скошения и лазоревого левого узкого края — червлёная и серебряная перевязь, сопровождаемая сверху слева зелёной елью (без корней), а снизу справа — золотым колесом с противовесом (расположенным в колесе снизу слева)».
