Stanisław Kania (born March 8, 1927) – a Polish communist political leader.

This photo it published in many Polish sources, but im select this source:

"Trybuna Ludu" ("Tribune of the People") from 09.08.1979 (my father it collector of newspapers).

Photo was taken probably circa 1974.
