Čeština: Vlajka města Ledeč nad Sázavou, okres Havlíčkův Brod. Červený list s bílým pravoúhle lomeným pruhem širokým jednu devítinu délky listu a vycházejícím z druhé devítiny horního okraje a končícím na druhé dolní šestině vlajícího okraje listu. V takto vymezeném horním poli bílý leknínový trojlist jedním listem dolů.
