JOOB is a danish company, which was established in 2020 of august. The company is owned by Allan Leit, CEO & founder, Sagar Birwadkar, CIO & co-founder, and Alexander V. Rud Leit, CCO & co-founder.

For several years the CEO of JOOB, Allan Leit, has been thinking of how to create a place, where everyone has access to opportunities that our professional world has to offer. Therefore Allan Leit thought, how could we make sure that everyone has the same opportunity to both provide and seek the ocean of possibilities that could change their lives for the better? Not in special clubs nor in limited networks, not for the few privileged persons living in bubbles, but for everyone who is serious and motivated.

CIO and co-founder, Sagar is working from Mumbai, India, where he scanned the market in India. Where Allan Leit and Alexander V. Rud Leit, currently are located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

JOOB is a platform creating contact between Providers of commercial opportunities (both individuals & businesses) and Seekers of commercial opportunities by applying our Motivational Capital Concept(c) locally and globally. These commercial opportunities can be everything in every industry around the world. JOOB is not a place, where you can sell your products or services, JOOB focus on the demand side of opportunities.

How does JOOB work?[redigér | rediger kildetekst]

An opportunity ad is created on the Provider side and where the Seeker side will apply. Depending on the nature of the opportunity more Seekers will apply. The Seeker can influence the outcome of their chances to get an interview with JOOB by using their Motis (a digital token indicating their motivation). We have a No-Cure No-Pay concept on the Provider side and an exit option on the Seeker side for selling their Motis on our Motis auctions. We have eleven languages and nine pricing zones and nine auctions. We aim at being "The place to go to" should you need to find commercial opportunities.

Motivational Capital Concept(c)[redigér | rediger kildetekst]

Motivation is a fundamental aspect of an individual’s and business's life and influences how effectively tasks are performed in a professional context. Motivation is described as: ‘The hypothetical construct used to describe the internal and external forces that produce the initiation, direction, intensity, and persistence of behavior’ (Vallerand and Thill, 1993). But how could there be a way to measure and how apply motivation in a professional context? At JOOB we have done this in a simple and pragmatic manner, here is our concept.

The Motivation Capital will make it possible for a Seeker or a Provider to be prioritized when JOOB selects individuals or businesses for interviews.

What is a Motis[redigér | rediger kildetekst]

A Motis is JOOB's virtual currency that is part of our Motivational Capital Concept (c). Motis is used in JOOB to display the level of your Motivation for the specific opportunity. When you spend your Motis on opportunities they will be gone. Motis can be gained by subscription, by successful referrals, or by having the highest bid in our auction.

JOOB had an agreement with a software and development company from Mumbai, India. At the moment, this contact has ended, where it's only handling the maintenance.

Story of the name[redigér | rediger kildetekst]

The story behind the company name, JOOB, is simple. It should be something that was easy to say, remember, and spell. The domain of JOOB.com was not available, and it would cost more than 100.000$ to purchase, therefore JOOB went with the domain www.Go2joob.com instead.
