Русский: Затверджений 16 грудня 2005р. рiшенням сесії районної ради.

На золотому полі лазурова підкова вухами донизу, супроводжувана вгорі і обабіч трьома лазуровими квітками льону з золотими осердями, у червоній главі - срібний хрест. Щит облямований вінком із золотих колосків та зеленого дубового листя, оповитого лазуровою стрічкою з золотим написом "Ковельський район", та увінчаний золотою територіальною короною.
