Could this article be moved to Kategori:Balletdansere as it is the only article in Kategori:Ballerinaer?
PS Please excuse my writing in English, my mother tongue; I speak fluent Swedish and less than fluent Norwegian, read and translate Danish, but do not speak it, alas.
But why? The article in the two other languages is also categorized in the female "Ballerinas". The category has still only one article since the Danish wiki is not so big. But supposedly the category will fill out in the coming years. Rune X2 11. dec 2007, 00:01 (CET)
My reasoning is that having too many categories with too few entries makes a reference work unworkable; and that balletdansere can be seperated into male and female dancers when there are enough of each to justify doing so. But if you feel that having the seperate category present will serve as an inducement to the writing of articles about ballerinas, so be it. I write mainly about ballet (though also about modern dance, including Dansk Danseteater), mainly on the English language Wikipedia, and there are an excess of badly categorized dance categories there.
