Flagg

According to this source, the Vepsian flag "was “adopted” in June 1992 at the Vepsian Summer Festival". Until we know more about the status of this festival, and the current status of the flag, I suggest that the flag should be removed from the article. You will find the flag both on the Vepsian page and on the Russian page (and on almost every other page about vepsians on Wikipedia). The flag was adopted to revive vepsian culture when the Soviet Union broke down together with a national vepsian museum, vepsian schools and so on.
