Lists of minor planets[rediger kildetekst]

Dear all,

I am a Dutch wikipedian. I am currently working on lists of minor planets on the Dutch Wikipedia (nl:Lijst van planetoïden, nl:Categorie:Planetoïdenlijst). Since they are easy to make once you have the dataset (which is harder to make) I have also started making the same lists for the West-Frysian Wikipedia (fy:List fan planetoïden). I noticed that the Danish Wikipedia does not have these articles yet, and I would like to create them. With this message I would like to see whether or not these lists are welcome. And if so, who is willing to translate about 20 words for me into Danish (1 time). Notice that the lists are of 100 items each (nl:Lijst van planetoïden 1-100) and then I unite them into lists of 1000 (nl:Lijst van planetoïden 1-1000). I do this since that is the way they are presented on the English and Catalan Wikipedia, which I used as source, and since I like to keep articles at a managable size. It is a set of about 3000 articles and I expect it will take me several months. Let me know what you think.

Hi Taketa. The parameters of the asteroids will be supplied by Wikidata in the future. Before you begin the laborious task, you should bear in mind how Wikidata would do it. --Med venlig hilsen Necessary Evil (diskussion) 16. jul 2013, 20:20 (CEST)
I assume you mean the interwikilinks. I have already asked a botuser on Wikidata to make them for the thousands of articles a month ago, he is slow. Also I expect the system on Wikidata will be similar to mine. I just saw that Wikidata follows my system for another astronomical project. The wikidata NGC task force uses my nl:Categorie:NGC-object. So I expect my system of dividing the articles for this project will be fine too. Sincerely, Taketa (diskussion) 16. jul 2013, 20:24 (CEST)
Not only the interwiki-links; Wikidata contains statements about items - my favourite example is Paris: Why should every Wikipedia update the number of inhabitants? Wikidata can hold the information, with proper sourcing, and then we all can pull on that. --Palnatoke (diskussion) 16. jul 2013, 23:56 (CEST)
